- Invite and increase citizen knowledge and participation in our democratic process by making it more accessible, transparent and simple
- Bottom-up, grass-roots engagement to inform top-down governance
- Represent our place and our community, not a party view
Build community and promote community interests for future generations
- Welcome and include the diverse views of a modern Australia, while being respectful of our history
- Facilitate and support generative conversations, leading to community action on issues important to the electorate of Moore
- Look beyond the election cycle; accepting certain obligations to one another and future generations including for the climate, environment and the economy
Strive for equity, a "fair go” for all
- Recognise that we do not all start from the same place and we need to acknowledge and make adjustments for those imbalances
- Recognise that our individual successes build on and contribute to the work, innovation and structures of many others around us
